The trial between Johnny Depp and Amber Heard has grabbed the attention of the nation, and now Trish Regan is weighing in on her podcast.

“The Amber Heard, Johnny Depp verdict is out, and I actually think this is a very good thing for America at this point in time,” she said.
Depp won the defamation case against Heard, his ex-wife, and the jury ordered her to pay Depp $15 million in damages, with much of the case centering around allegations of domestic abuse against both Heard and Depp.
“The trial of the century, right?” Trish Regan said on her podcast. “This thing was WAY too much information…and I’m not someone who was glued to social media tracking it all…but we all…got inundated with stuff I didn’t really ever want to have to think about.”
“But I’m telling you what the jury did and what the decision came through as is very important at this particular time in our culture,” she added. “And I say that because there’s a whole of accusations going on right now about everyone…”
