After finishing a speech this week, Biden appeared to try to shake hands with someone who was not there.

The video caused many to express concern over Biden’s mental health.

This clip reminded Americans of a string of other troubling moments where Biden seemed to be missing something. Most recently, he seemed to be ignored at an event while attendees fawned over former President Barack Obama.
