President Joe Biden struggled as he climbed the stairs boarding Air Force One on Friday. At first the President seemed to trip several times, then fell, as he made his way up the staircase.
The 78-year old fortunately had his hand on the railing as he climbed. Watch here:

The President recovered and made his way to the top. He then turned to salute before ducking inside the plane which is en route to Georgia.
His Communications Director Kate Bedingfield tweeted that the President is okay and was not injured. “Nothing more than a misstep on the stairs,” she said.
I know folks have seen that President Biden slipped on his way up the stairs to AF1, but I’m happy to report that he is just fine and did not even require any attention from the medical team who travels with him. Nothing more than a misstep on the stairs.
